15" Allison Saddlery Ranch Saddle with beautiful hand carved floral tooling. 

Bill Allison is an inducted master craftsman (Montana Arts Council Circle of American Masters) and constructs custom saddles using premium materials. 

I've communicated with Allison Saddlery and learned a few things about this saddle.
