This 13.5" Barrel Saddle is from Flat Creek Saddle Shop in Jackson, WY, with twisted stirrups and custom, square, bronc rider conchos. 

Tree:  Martha Josey Barrel Racer 
Gullet:  6 1/4" x 8 1/2"

I spoke with John at Flat Creek Saddle Shop and he also advised there is a little flare in the front of the tree for better shoulder movement. 

And, he advised this saddle would cost $4,500 if they built it today.
