The Classic Equine Les Vogt 2-1/2" San Joaquin Port Cowhorse Bit is part of Les Vogt's Cowhorse Collection. This cowhorse bit is an NRCHA-approved bit and includes a sweet iron mouth with copper inlay. Also, it features satin brushed iron shanks with beautiful hand-engraved German silver overlay. The 2-1/2" San Joaquin Port Bit with tongue relief is designed with an 8" shank, with a leverage position of 2.5. The 4:1 leverage ratio drops the neck and delivers perfect head position with good respect for precision performance. This is a great all around bit for most horses.
