High Plains Chaps Leather Chinks by Jeffrey Kipper

This is a really nice pair of custom made chinks by High Plains Custom Rodeo Gear, marked High Plains Chaps, maker Jeffrey Kipper.

Excellent preowned condition.

Adjustable waist and leg. Two snap leg closures.

Made of heavy oil tanned, slightly distressed leather.

Decorated with plain nickel silver conchos. Accented by scalloped suede/roughout trim and fringe.

Waist is adjustable from approx 36" to 42" with plenty of room on the waist band to make additional holes to make them a little smaller if needed. 

Adjustable Leg width measures approx 24" - 30" 

From the top edge of the waist band straight down they measure 25". With the fringe included it measures about 29".
